Here is my first 'Skype' interview. I have been admiring Thorsten Jankowski's work for some time now, and wanted him to be my first interview on this blog. In this interview, Thor (a great name for a photographer, if I ever heard one) talks about the motivation behind his image 'Magnesia', as well as his work in general. These interviews are a great idea. Being able to watch "Thor" tell his story seems to offers additional insight into a photographer I much admire. I think the idea of focussing on just one photo is also very effective. Would be fantastic if there will be many more of there. Maybe even revisiting the same photographer with the focus on another image. Thank you & good luck!
